The customer is using Outlook and she is unable to microsoft office outlook 2007 will not open free download any emails in the Inbox folder. She mentioned that the mouse pointer just revolves around and never opens the email.

When she tries to close the program a window pops open and gives 3 choices. Continue to wait, Restart Outlook abd search for a solution.
