If it is so good, why four stars only? Well, because it is a terrible hassle to get this to work. The problem is that with the download you are given a code, not the serial number. And in order to install the product, you need the serial number. There are a number of Adobe websites which are supposed to be able to convert your code into a serial number. However, none of them works. Either you get an error message asking you to confirm that your product was bought in North or South America which clearly is not the case since this is a UK install Imagine the joy.

The only solution I found that works is an online chat with an adobe representative don’t bother ringing, after 35 minutes I was still being told that I would be put in touch with a sales representative ‘shortly’.
